We operate an email query/response service and will normally respond within 24 hours or earlier to all emails.

We have a dedicated email address for support which we will provide. With our clients permission, and only if necessary, we can also remotely enter your computer to resolve any problem.

Even though our software is very easy to use, and self explanatory step by step in operation, we recognise that some users will not be computer literate and may require assistance in not only setting up the software but for any for any difficulties encountered day to day.

Knowing that many of our voluntary club clients require support outside normal working hours we respond promptly to support emails even at weekends.

We are rightly proud of our support to our clients. Whilst our software is extremely user friendly we will provide you with whatever support is necessary.

ONGOING SUPPORT AFTER YEAR ONE

Why is there an ongoing support charge?
Firstly, this modest charge INCLUDES ALL SOFTWARE UPDATES and new software releases. These releases, whenever an update is made, will be entirely compatible with your current software but may have additional features which you wish to implement.

In our 30 years + experience of providing Club Software we are aware that office holders can change, sometimes at very short notice, and new office holders require support in taking over responsibility for various aspects of club management. We will provide this support.

We have clients whose membership base exceeds 10,000. Our system will operate successfully to this level and more. REMEMBER YOU MAY UPGRADE TO THE NEXT MEMBERSHIP LEVEL AT ANY TIME ONLY PAYING THE CURRENT PRICE DIFFERENTIAL.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

We can accommodate most special requirements. Our charges for this service are modest and only the programmer's time will be charged for. Should we consider that other members would benefit from the requested additions we will not charge for the this and will include it in the next software update and will credit the following years support costs.
